We require a 50% Non-Refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure your order and the balance is due before delivery/collection.

Frequently Asked Questions

For wedding cakes, we recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance to secure your date. For celebration cakes, we ideally need at least 2 weeks' notice, though we may be able to accommodate shorter timeframes depending on availability. The earlier you get in touch, the better!
Yes, of course! You can choose a different flavour for each tier, allowing you and your guests to enjoy a variety of options.

When designing, making, and transporting cakes, stability is very important. To help keep our cakes structurally sound, we use white or dark chocolate ganache, which provides a firmer finish and added support.

Too many sponge tiers can increase the risk of a wobbly cake, so for five-tier cakes, we recommend including at least one dummy (fake) tier. We will provide a replacement sponge cake to ensure there is still plenty to serve when your cake is cut and distributed.

We are happy to stack up to four tiers of sponge cake (2–3 tiers for eggless or vegan cakes, depending on the design, as these are naturally softer).

If you would prefer a taller design, we can incorporate one or more dummy tiers to achieve the height, along with a kitchen cake to replace those portions for serving.

This can be arranged when placing your order or during your consultation for a bespoke design.

We don’t stack fruitcake tiers above sponges, as they are too heavy, but we do make separated tiers designs (where the cake tiers each rest on a separate tier of the stand).
No, we do not offer Fresh Cream Icing nor Whipped cream frosting. We offer Buttercream, Fondant and Ganache frosting.
While we do not use fresh fruit within our cake sponges or between the layers, we would love to add a beautiful fresh fruit decoration on your cake!

We’re pleased to offer delivery for wedding cakes and treats across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and Leicestershire. This includes a full setup service at your venue, ensuring your cake is presented beautifully and exactly as intended.

For celebration cakes and treats, these are collection only. Exceptions apply for larger orders, including:

  • 3-tier cakes or higher
  • Macaron towers
  • Dessert tables
